Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any charge. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply.

Refunds

For non – eligible Firms who have made the purchase of products and services, we offer a refund if requested within 5 days of purchase and confirmation on the refund request. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 15-20 working days.
